Born and raised in Chambersburg, PA, Wes has a background in real estate investment and sales. He loves guiding people as they make important and exciting decisions that will impact their lives, whether it’s finding their dream home or selling a property.

Selena grew up in Franklin County and is proud to raise her family here. Since receiving her license in 2016, she’s loved the rewarding world of real estate and particularly helping people find their first home.
According to Selena, “Having a place to come home to is one of the most important parts of a person's life and their family. I like helping people find that space.”
Prior to Cedar Spring, Selena was a photographer focused on weddings and families, so she knows a thing or two about important life moments! She enjoys traveling and is a mom to four kids.

25 years in corporate sales marketing and product development and 18 years with a broker license have prepared Ron to lead and specialize in the business of new construction and commercial brokerage. Ron is a certified relocation specialist and enjoys helping the next generation of realtors find success.
Apart from his work in the business world, Ron served 6 years in the Air Force. In his free time you can find him enjoying the outdoors, hunting, and flipping houses. His real estate career began with his own personal investments, so he knows firsthand what it feels like to be on both sides of the real estate business.
